We offer a curated mix of new items and preloved/thrifted clothing.

  • New Items: Colors or product appearance may differ slightly from your screen due to device settings and the custom nature of the printing process. We do not warrant that the quality of any products will perfectly match the digital rendering on your screen.

  • Preloved Items: These items are sold in "as-is" condition. While we carefully inspect every piece and disclose significant flaws in the product description, preloved items may show minor signs of wear consistent with age. By purchasing a preloved item, you acknowledge its unique secondhand nature.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason. Please review your order carefully; because many of our items are prepared specifically for you upon order, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been sent to production. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Please note: Orders containing both new and preloved items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All trademarks, brands, text, designs, and images on this site are owned by Sugar Roo or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution of any material without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
