Returns & Exchanges
We want your little ones to be comfortable in their Sugar Roo gear! Because our items are made in limited runs, we have the following policy to keep our small business sustainable:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email hello@wearsugarroo.com within 5 days of delivery. Just include a quick photo of the issue so we can make it right—we’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away!

Standard Returns & Size Exchanges

Not the right fit? No problem. For all other items, we are happy to accept returns for Store Credit within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

  • Process: Email us to start a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our home office.

  • Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue you a store credit via email. You can use this credit to order a different size or a brand-new style!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
